Subscription Guidance for FY2013   We invite your subscriptions for our donations during FY2013 as follows. 1. Area of our donation activities:    We support charitable and welfare activities in the community as follows:     �@Support of various NPO and volunteer activities to promote and improve the welfare of the feeble in the society and the handicapped, especially children.     �ASupport for repairs and improvements of welfare facilities and equipment including purchase of office furniture and tools.        (provision of medical and protective supports with children will receive        the first priority) 2. Donation amount:     Applications will be selected by the Board of the Foundation within the amount not to exceed \2 million or so per application. 3. Method of Subscription:     In principle, the recommendation of either the Central Community     Chest of Japan or "KYOSAREN" is preferred with your application.    CLICK HERE FOR THE APPLICATION     If you wish to consider contacting with these organizations, the telephone number is 03-3581-3846 for the Central Community Chest and 03-5385-2223for KYOSAREN. (A separate form is required for receiving a recommendation from the Central Community Chest) 4. Subscription period:     �@General subscription for FY2013:The subscription will be closed on        September 30, 2012     �ASpecial subscription: Applications for emergency needs will be accepted any time. 5. Notice of selection:      For general subscriptions, the those selected will be notified within      six months, around the middle of March 2013, and for the special      subscriptions, within two months. Remarks:      �@Individual persons and organizations such as for-profit companies          are not qualified to receive our donations.      �AAdministrative expenses including personnel cost for the Administration          Dept. are not covered by our donations.      �BThere must be a specific activity plan attached, under which the needed          expenditure will be applied.      �CNecessary information and donation usage have to be provided in full          as mentioned on our application format.   For the details of our charitable activities in the past, please refer to the activities reports on the Common Site by way of our homepage.
