| Subscription Guidance |

| We are inviting your subscriptions for our donations during FY２００９ as follows: |

1. Area of our donation activities:
We are supporting charitable and welfare activities in the community as
follows:
1) Support for repairs and improvements of facilities and equipment
including purchase of office furniture and tools.
2) Support of various NPO and volunteer activities to promote
and improve the welfare of the handicapped.
2. Donation amount:
Applications will be selected by the Board of the Foundation within the
amount not exceeding \2 million or so per item.
3. Method of Subscription:
In principle, the recommendation of either Central Community Chest of Japan or “KYOSAREN” is needed for your application. Please get the information relative to our fund. Click here for applications, but for applications through the Central Community Chest, a different format is available from them.

4. Subscription period:
1) General subscription for FY2009 : The subscription will
be closed on September 30, 2008.
2) Special subscription : Applications for emergency needs will be accepted any time.
5. Notice of selection:
For the general subscriptions, the selection will be notified within 6
months, around the middle of March 2009 and for the special subscriptions,
within two months.
Remarks :
1) Individual persons and profit earning organizations such as stock companies
are not qualified for receiving our donations.
2) Administrative expenses such as personnel cost are not covered by our donations.
3) There must be a specific activity plan , under which the needed expenditure
will be applied.
